Refund policy
Returns for Digital Products
We offer a 14-day refund period for digital purchases, in line with Czech and EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU). You may request a refund within 14 days from the purchase date, provided that the digital materials has not been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise activated.
Once access is granted (for example, if a link is opened, content viewed, or login credentials used), the purchase becomes non-refundable, except where required by Czech or EU law.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- The digital materials must remain unaccessed and unused.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number and purchase email).
If you have accessed, viewed, or downloaded the materials, refunds are not possible, except where required by law.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, contact us at vellinara555@outlook.com and include your order number and the reason for your request. No physical return is required for digital products.
If your refund is approved, we’ll revoke access to the course and issue the refund to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the process is complete.
Damages and Access Issues
If your course link or credentials do not work, or the content appears incomplete, inaccessible, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of purchase.
We will attempt to:
- Re-issue access links,
- Replace or repair corrupted files, or
- Provide an alternative format.
If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may receive a refund in accordance with Czech and EU law.
Non-Refundable Digital Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Digital materials once accessed, viewed, or downloaded,
- Personalized or custom material content once supplied,
- Subscription-based materials after activation of the billing period,
- Streaming or on-demand lessons once playback has begun,
- Digital credits or top-ups once applied to an account,
- Discounted or sale digital items,
- Digital gift cards once issued.
If you are unsure whether your purchase qualifies for a refund, please contact us before accessing or downloading the content.
Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong materials, contact us before accessing or downloading it. Eligible unused purchases may be refunded so you can place a new order.
Once a material is accessed or downloaded, exchanges are generally not possible unless we cannot fix a verified technical issue.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the Czech Republic and the EU may withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days of the order date if access or download has not yet started.
If you consent to immediate access (e.g., by opening the course link) and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once the content is supplied, this right will no longer apply after activation.
Refund Processing
Once we confirm your eligibility and unused status, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
